1. About THRUU LOVE

THRUU LOVE is an online personal-care brand offering a 100% pure silk, dual-sided exfoliating glove and related gift packaging.

2. Orders & payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe when checkout is enabled.
• Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
• If we cannot accept an order, for example because the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.

3. Product information & use

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Individual skin responses can vary. Please follow the product instructions and safety guidance supplied with the glove and shown on our website.

Nothing in our product descriptions is intended to diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition.

4. Prices & taxes

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP / £).
• Any applicable VAT will be included where required.
• We may change prices for future orders, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

5. Delivery, cancellations & returns

Our current delivery area, estimated dispatch and delivery times, cancellation rights and returns process are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, are not affected by our policies.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, branding, logo, graphics and other original content on this website belong to THRUU LOVE or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our original content without permission.

7. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in relation to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We may update, suspend or change parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms is intended to prevent you from relying on any mandatory rights or bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
